Sell With Us

Turn assets into results.

A free, no-obligation valuation is the starting point. From there we build a campaign around your assets and your timeline.

Why sell on auction?

Common questions

What does it cost to sell on auction?
Commission depends on the asset type, volume and the marketing required. We confirm the full fee structure in writing before you commit to anything.
Can I set a reserve price?
Yes. Most sales run with a reserve agreed between us beforehand. We will advise on a realistic level based on the market and comparable results.
How long does the process take?
A typical campaign runs three to six weeks from instruction to auction day, depending on marketing lead time and the nature of the assets.
Do you handle deceased estates and insolvencies?
Yes. We work with executors, attorneys, liquidators and financial institutions and understand the documentation those sales require.
Where do the auctions take place?
On-site at the assets, at a venue in Louis Trichardt, or online — whichever suits the sale best. Hybrid auctions are common.
